Use a text editor to edit the "oblivion.ini" file in the "\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\" directory. Change the "bAllowScreenShot=0" to "bAllowScreenShot=1". Press [PrtScn] during game play to save a .BMP file of the current screen.
