Today
I wanted to take a time out from sports to inform everyone
about something that occured a few days ago. Jamie
Hanns.. a very stunning 17 year old girl from Monessen
High School, was involved in a terrible car accident on rt.
51 and is in very serious condition. As you probably understand,
her parents are in an emotional valley right now and really
need your support. Please everyone lets rally
together here and send out our prayers for this girl and her
family.
One
thing that I know.. and that's not much...is that she is currently
at Allegheny General Hospital... which we all know is quite
a trip to make every day. I'm sure that Jamie's family is
not working as they normally would be as they are trying to
be by her side every moment... so....I
have, set up a special account to accept donations in Jamie's
name which you will find via a link at the top of this page.
This link will stay on the site for as long as it takes. Please
find it in your heart to use it... there is also a place to
include a message with your donation.
One thing I have heard about people from Monessen (I'm not
originally from here) is that everyone here is like family.
We help each other when in need.... Pray for each other constantly...
forgive when we've been hurt.. and LOVE those we do not know..
Please take this opportunity to make a donation for Jamie's
family. We will deliver this Money every week... and if large
enough we will deliver every day. I will be praying
that we will have the opportunity to deliver a gift to her
parents every day.
